What You'll Need
• Bar admission in Washington or eligible to waive in
• 3+ years personal injury experience
• Proven outcomes through settlements, verdicts, or leverage-building
• Strong defense attorneys interested in making the switch are welcome to apply
What You'll Do
• Litigate high-value PI cases: auto, premises, and serious injury
• Move solid files distributed from the firm's intake system
• Work cases supported by paralegals, admin, and experts
• Drive cases toward settlements, verdicts, or leverage-building outcomes
