Associate Attorney | Atlanta | Personal Injury

Full-time role for: A leading Personal Injury Law Firm
Atlanta, GA
full-time
$150,000 - $180,000
Sarah got to her desk Monday and the medical records were already pulled, organized, so all she had to start on was the demand. Does your firm offer that level of admin support? It looks like having 10+ staff members per attorney so you're litigating, not doing paralegal work. It looks like leadership handing you a multi-six-figure case in your first year, not making you wait a decade to prove yourself. And it looks like first-chair trial opportunities with real coaching, not the "figure it out yourself" approach that burns people out. That's what's on the table if you worked here. This is a nationally recognized PI firm that's built a real system. Your fee goals are based on data, customized to your caseload, and actually achievable. Attorneys with a few years of experience start at $150K+ base with uncapped performance bonuses. The more PI work you've done, the higher you can start.
